Google Search Partners are other Search Engines that have partnered with Google to show Search ads.
Google Search Partner sites receive a share of the price you pay per click for letting the ads show on their search engine. Search partners extend the reach of Google Search ads to non-Google search engines, as well as YouTube and other Google sites.
When creating campaigns in Google Ads, Search Partners network is included by default. This is fine if you have a large budget and reach is your goal, but for an advertiser whose goal is to maximize Return on Ad Spend, it may be better to turn this network off in campaign settings. I have seen on my clients accounts that the Search Partners ads often have a lower conversion rate than ads on the Google Search network, but its worthwhile considering if your target demographic may be using alternate search engines.
