Google Search Partner sites are essentially websites that display Google Search (text) ads.
They receive a share of the price you pay if someone clicks on your ad while using the search partner website.
Search partners extend the reach of Google Search ads to non-Google search engines, as well as YouTube and other Google sites.
When creating campaigns in Google Ads, Search Partners network is included by default. This is fine if you have a large budget and reach is your goal, but for an advertiser whose goal is to maximize Return on Ad Spend, it may be better to turn this network off in campaign settings.
I have seen on my clients accounts that the Search Partners ads often have a lower conversion rate than ads on the Google Search network, but its worthwhile considering if your target demographic may be using alternate search engines.
